We've received a pallet of Elite Power 48v lithium golf cart batteries, which we've analyzed and refurbished. These come with safe lithium iron phosphate cells. They weigh significantly less than lead acid, output far more power and are a drop-in, even if your cart is 36v*.
We've included the charger plug, which can be installed onto the cart to connect to a 110v outlet using an extension cord.
These connect to the cart using an Anderson SB175 connector, which is not included. Contact us to purchase a connector separately.
These come with a one-year warranty.

Everything You Need, Including a Charger
These systems are designed to be drop in replacement for lead acid batteries, and they are extremely easy to install. The benefits of Lithium Ion battery systems include much shorter charging time and significant saving in electricity bill, no maintenance, longer lifetime, lighter weight, and etc.
ePOWER4803C (Club Car) and ePOWER4803E (EZGo) are integrated golf car battery systems with a 48V 3KWh Lithium Ion battery pack. It is typically programmed with 80%DOD, or 2.4KWh usable storage capacity. ePOWER4803E system fits in EZ-GO golf cars and ePOWER4803C fits in Club Car golf carts. Battery management system, control circuits and battery charger are included in the system. It is simple to install and use. It includes an On/Off switch, a state-of-charge (SOC) gauge, a DC main power connector, an AC power input socket, as well as a video output port for diagnostics.
Shipping
These are 130lb apiece and will be shipped UPS Ground as a Class 9 hazardous material at the buyer's cost. Buyer may also pick up at our warehouse free of cost.
We ship the majority of our orders by the next business day. Lithium batteries may take up to two business days to process to accommodate inspection and logging into our system.
Our shipping rates are based on the weight of all ordered products plus estimated weight of packaging. We make every effort to forecast an accurate shipping cost, but cannot be 100% certain in all cases. Please contact us at sales@higherwireenergy.com with any questions prior to purchase.
We pack and label all lithium battery shipments in accordance with Federal Regulation 49CFR173.185, as well as USPS Publication 52 Hazard Class 9 or UPS/Fedex guidelines. Unless otherwise stated, lithium batteries are not eligible for free shipping.
We try to pack all items in an order in a single box, however we may on occasion need to ship items separately. Special shipping does not apply to lithium ion batteries, and orders that include batteries may not qualify for free or expedited shipping.
