We are excited to announce that we have created 18650 heat shrink sleeves with our logo! Since we repurpose 18650 cells for our battery assemblies, we have to deal with a lot of damaged heat shrink, tape, and other gunk that slows down the process and makes things a bit more difficult. After resleeving far too many cells to count, we decided to make our own design rather than continue to use bland colors.

We designed these to proudly display our handiwork. The Higherwire logo fits perfectly between standard 18650 brackets, and we included a light-green ring to easily identify the positive side of the cell. We might be biased, but we can't think of any 18650s that look better than these.

We're going to be adding a sample bag of these at no extra cost to each 18650 cell order so everyone can rep the Higherwire movement. We're also going to add these to the website at a great price so you can order as many as you'd like. Pair them with our adhesive insulator rings to create what is easily the best-looking battery assembly out there. As always, don't use a lighter or fire to shrink them - that's not a good idea with lithium batteries.

We've already used these in a 1000-watt e-bike build for one of our engineers. Sadly we had to hide it away in a triangle frame bag, but stay tuned to see the fruits of our labor.
