This is part number 31779 and comes in a pair, including a hard-case clear plastic holder. These are brand new and unopened. We opened one package to check voltage, and both were right at 3.62 volts.
These lithium-ion batteries have a built-in micro-USB port & protection circuit for quick-charging on-the-go any time you need it. Plus, the protection circuit prevents over charge, over discharge, over current, and short-circuiting keeping these cells safe in all of your devices. This cell comes packed with a 3500mAh capacity, making it a great power source for flashlights and other high drain devices. There is also an LED indicator to notify you when these cells are fully charged and ready to work.
